Snore Guard
Snore Guard is designed to help promote freer airways by stabilizing the lower jaw while you sleep.
Preparation
- Rinse the guard under lukewarm water
- Make sure the adjustment mechanism is firmly attached and can move freely
- Have a mirror ready so you can check the fit
First-Time Setup
- Place the guard in your mouth so the upper teeth rest in the upper groove and the lower teeth rest in the lower groove
- Bite down lightly so the guard sits stable
- Use the adjustment arm on the side to set how far forward the lower jaw is positioned
- Always start with the lowest forward setting and increase only if needed
Sleeping With the Guard
- The guard should feel secure but not tight
- Mild jaw soreness during the first nights is normal
- After a few nights of use, airflow may improve and snoring may be reduced
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Rinse the guard with lukewarm water after each use
- Use mild soap and a soft toothbrush for more thorough cleaning
- Let the guard air dry completely before placing it in the storage box
- Avoid hot water, as it can deform the material
Helpful Tips
- Give your body 3–5 nights to get used to the guard
- Make only small adjustments at a time (1–2 clicks)
- If you feel pain or tension, adjust the guard slightly backward
